The 20 minute rule with wine
After touring the Oregon wine county this past weekend I learned a new rule with wine called the 20 minute rule. The rule says that white wine should come OUT of the fridge 20 minutes before you drink it and red wine should go INTO the fridge 20 minutes before you plan to drink it.
